Registering Your Child for EB Scripps Elementary School

Welcome new penguins!

** Note: current students are automatically registered for next year. Only new students need to register.

If you meet the criteria below, please come to the office to pick up an enrollment form.

Who is eligible to attend EBS:

1. Students who live in our EBS enrollment area
2. Students who have applied and been accepted through the Choice program.
3. Students from out of district, space permitting

In order to register your child you will need:

1. Birth certificate or passport to prove age
2. Vaccination record with all immunizations current
3. Proof of a dental visit after age 4 Dental Form
4. Proof of a doctor check-up after age 4 Health Checkup Requirements   Medical Form
5. Proof of residence such as a lease agreement, mortgage statement, SDGE bill, water bill or cable bill with your name and address on it

Grade Levels:
Transitional Kindergarten (TK): For students turning 4 before September 2
Kindergarten: For students turning 5 before September 2
First Grade: For students turning 6 before September 2
Second Grade: For students turning 7 before September 2
Third Grade: For students turning 8 before September 2
Fourth Grade: For students turning 9 before September 2
Fifth Grade: For students turning 10 before September 2
