Hello! My name is Kelly Helman, and I’m so excited to be a ECE teacher here at EB Scripps Elementary.
I began working with San Diego Unified School District in 2024 and feel incredibly honored to be part of the EBS community. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Development from National University and started my teaching journey by working with preschool-aged children for five wonderful years.
As a San Diego native, I’ve always loved being outdoors and taking advantage of our beautiful weather. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me camping, hiking, exploring photography, or spending quality time with my family.
I am looking forward to a fantastic school year filled with learning, growth, and fun!
